We had an investment property in QLD that we wanted to sell in the current market. Being based in WA threw up some problems that, to be honest, left me a little uneasy.

I contacted Narelle and the team and discussed the plan for the sale. At that time, the property was still tenanted, and quite a bit of work needed to be done before it was ready for sale.

Narelle liaised with our then-property manager, helped coordinate a deal with the tenant to vacate early, sorted all the issues with the property to get it ready for sale, had the home open, received an offer higher than we’d advertised, recommended a conveyancer, and conducted the whole process through to settlement.

At no stage did I even think of flying over to QLD, which, during the early days before contacting Narelle, I thought was a distinct possibility. The whole process was seamless, trouble-free, and, to be honest, cheaper than I expected. I highly recommend Narelle and the team for anything regarding real estate, be it rental management, sales, property inspection, etc.

Narelle’s down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach was a breath of fresh air, and I can’t thank her enough.
