Over the course of eight months, they didn’t just manage a sale — they helped manage our parents’ lives. From decluttering and cleaning, assisting with presentation, to arranging services, assisting with every piece of paperwork (not just the sales contracts), and even personally driving our parents to aged care, pharmacy, solicitors and other appointments. These were tasks well outside the usual scope of an agent, yet they took them on without hesitation, ensuring our parents were supported at every step.
Narelle’s guidance and negotiation skills also saved our family over $300,000, which is something we could never have achieved without her expertise. Most agent’s would of not tolerated the behaviour let alone offer this level of support, but Narelle and her team treated us with genuine care and respect, making sure nothing was overlooked.
We are deeply grateful for their persistence, compassion, and professionalism throughout such a challenging process. Without them, we would never have made it through this period with such a positive outcome.
