GREAT SALES AGENTS AND PROPERTY MANAGERS
We were first recommended to Narelle and the team at All Around Realty when we had enough of our previous property managers as they were not doing their job. My mother lived in the area and said that Narelle and the team had a great reputation. There was an instant change of service and reporting so when we decided to sell our investment it was only logical to sell it through the Narelle and the team.
Narelle made sure the property was ready by working with the tenant and even partially staging the property, so it looked more appealing and modern using her own items. Her marketing package dwarfs what others offer and ensured at the one and only open home we had over 14 groups through. The property sold in one week in a marketing that was experiencing a downturn and then Narelle continued to support right through to settlement and ensured that the tenant felt secure through the process as well.

MARKETING PACKAGE IS OUTSTANDING
The entire package Narelle and the team from All Around Realty offer is amazing and it works even in a market downturn. Narelle gave us advice and a team to assist us to help get the property ready to go to market, saving us time and money. With her marketing package that offers so much more than any other agency and her strategy we hit the market and only had one open home with 30 groups attending and 12 offers and a Record Price. Sold in a week and then Narelle and her team supported us right to the end until we moved out. She even meets the buyers at the house on the day of settlement to welcome them to their new home making it an exciting experience for them.

Excellent Agent with Outstanding Package
This is the 2nd property Narelle has sold for us and each time she does an amazing job. She ensures the house is ready and presented at it’s best online and includes many items for free in her package to achieve this – the free items she provides meant we saved over $2000 on marketing alone. She also has a backup team of people to help with any maintenance jobs that need to be addressed prior to going to market. All of this means there is no stress on our part.

Once the property hit the market Narelle received multiple offers in a slowing market and an amazing price. When we have other properties ready to sell we will be using Narelle Cordaro and the team from All Around Realty. They do not come any better.

When it was time to sell the property at 13 Dewar we asked Narelle Cordaro and her team from All Around Realty to do so. The reason for this was the value for money marketing package offered which saved us thousands and Narelle’s commitment to get the job done. Prior to going to market there was a lot to get the property ready as it had been left in an unkempt state, but Narelle and the team just soldiered on to get it ready. When the property hit the market, it was viewed 5 times more than other proprieties of a similar layout in the area which meant as the auction we had multiple people bidding which is always the outcome you want. AMAZING RESULT OUTSTANDING AGENT
The team at All Around Realty have been managing our property for some time now and doing an amazing job so when it came to selling our property it made sense to ask Narelle Cordaro to sell it for us.
