After almost losing over $25 000 from unpaid back rent and a property destroyed through neglect, words cannot describe how grateful we are to Narelle Cordaro from All Around Realty for stepping in as our property manager.  We thought we could manage the property ourselves however we struggled with keeping up with the legislation changes, once we handed the property over to Narelle to manage, she stepped in and dealt with this problem in a diplomatic way and we received all our back rent in a 3-week time period! She also managed to get the tenant to bring the property back to an acceptable condition to allow us to put the property on the market to sell.
