As a buyer I've always known that the vendors agent has the sellers best interest in the forefront of their mind so after many negative experiences with other agents it came as a pleasant surprise to see that Narelle was able to do this while also going above and beyond for both parties. There where times when she needed to assert to vendors best interest and she did so with candor and integrity in a way that left me understanding the situation. This isn't to say she didn't take care of us as buyer as she was very eager to help even after the deal was done, the contract was unconditional, and she had no monetary incentive to remain being helpful, she still a positive pleasure to deal with.
